I cannot pick a Packers game to save my life.
Next year I'm going to hire an elephant or turkey to make my playoff predictions.
    So far
    Sanic: 7-2
    Me: 3-6

I'm still taking the Patriots all the way, but will root for the Falcons (0 championships).
Kind of hard to root for the other 3 teams, as they have 23 championships between them.

My win/loss is pretty solid but my spreads have been awful.

I think the Superbowl will at least be interesting this year....

Don't the Pats have the highest scoring defense and Falcons the highest scoring offence?

Damnit, Kat. I went to ESPN to verify your info and spent 30 minutes on the site before I remembered why I was there. I'm addicted to sports stats. Also, my undefeated Zags are now ranked #3 in NCAA basketball. I love reading the 'overrated' and hate comments after every poll and every win.

You're right on both accounts. NE has the best scoring defense and Atlanta had the highest scoring offense. Also, NE and Atlanta rank 1 and 2 in the league for points differential, respectively.

I pick NE to win because they are simply a better team and should win. I'm halfway expecting Atlanta to win since I picked them to lose in every game of this years playoffs. Honestly, I hope they do beat the Patriots. If not, I can't wait to see Goodell's face when he has to present the Lombardi to Kraft (and the fans booing him).

The Patriot's QB throws a pick 6 and has been pretty much pedestrian in this game. Too bad they don't have Montana, Joe Cool.
That guy doesn't play like shit in the SB. 4-0.

The Falcons are demolishing the Pats. Awesome game. I'm enjoy the beatdown. They Falcons have shutdown the run game and the Pat's QB hasn't been very good.

Anyways, great job on a SB win, Falcons.

For those of you who say Brady is the GOAT, how is high school going for you?

My Vikings went 15-1 in '98 and couldn't win it all. I felt bad about it.
Then the Steelers went 15-1 and failed. Then the Patriots went 16-0 and couldn't get it done.

Tonight it was the 2016-17 Falcons. They REALLY blew it. Man, that was the all-time greatest choke job.

You guys know how much of a Cleveland sports guy I am so I've seen my share of bad losses, but that was even pretty difficult for me to watch. Feel really bad for the Falcons, this is worse than the Indians and yes, even the Warriors. Cleveland can take solace in the Cavs winning it and GS can take solace in winning the NBA title in 2015, Atlanta's got nothing right now. I'm almost happy for em that the Braves beat my Tribe in 95 haha.

Their coaching at the end really fucked them there. You got the ball at the 22 with like 4 minutes left up 8, RUN THE FUCKING BALL!!! All they had to do was run it 3 times and kick it, boom game over. There were a couple of other big mistakes that hurt Atlanta a lot, but that series right there was the game. As soon as they punted everybody had a feeling in their gut that the Patriots would tie it up, the players included. Atlanta's D played great but got gassed by the end cause their offense couldn't hold onto the ball. People are saying their D choked but really, the Patriots ran like twice as many plays as the Falcons did. No way your D is gonna keep up with the Pats if that happens.

11-13 on my picks, pretty solid. I also take solace in the fact that I didn't go online talking shit about the Patriots, I saw a bunch of people do that on Twitter and was like "you people DO know who this is, right?".

The above posts are why I don't drink and social media anymore. 11 beers.

An incredible comeback & collapse. Like Sanic wrote, you could feel them coming back to win this game. Now people are not only calling him GOAT QB, but GOAT football player and even GOAT athlete. smh. He definitely is the most accomplished and best QB of this era; I wish he was on my team.

I really feel for the Falcons and their fans.

This was one of those seasons that makes me bang my cane on the ground and start yelling. We won our first playoff game but man were there some piece of shit moments (As always).

However, this was awesome in comparison to the shit show known as the 2002 season.

Hey guys, I made a private fantasy football league on ESPN. If y'all want to join, just PM me an email address and I'll send you an invite. Its 10 teams, 3 of which are filled up by me and two of my brothers, so there's 7 slots left.

I'd love to join except that I forget to make my picks and then Utellme makes me pick the probowl game.

Happy my team won the game tonight.

I like Skye and Hoody... but I hate their football team.

Anyways, the Browns almost won it yesterday with a 21-18 close game. I think this year will be much better than last.

You know man I was gonna ask, what is the general consensus from Vikings fans on their OC, Pat Shurmur? Former Browns HC, thought it would be interesting to know if he was any good as an OC cause I honestly don't remember from his time with the Rams before the Browns brought him in.

There aren't any Vikings fans here (Packers and Broncos mostly) that I know of. I felt that Turner may have gotten the shaft due to the O-line, QB, and RB injuries (last season). The offense seems to be clicking this year, but I'm not sure how much of that is due to Pat, O-line stability, Bradford familiarization, and the unquestionable (for a day at least?) upgrade at RB. It was only one game.... but if they keep putting up points, I guess we'll be okay with him. Right now he's just a guy filling in at the OC position.

Vikings are playing the Browns in London in about 8 or 9 days (early early game). The Browns can definitely win that one. We gave the 1-15 Panthers their only win several years ago... why not the Brownies? When the 2008 Lions went 0-16, the Vikings tried to lose both games against them, but Detroit was having none of it.

I would say this is a slam dunk game but if the Vikings beat the Ravens on Sunday, they will have reached their fifth win. When the Vikings won their fifth game last year, they took the rest of the season off.

Monkey, the Browns are awful. Vikings will probably beat them by at least two scores. The only chance the Browns have is if the Vikings don't travel well to London.

The Browns may be terrible, but they almost beat Pittsburgh in Week 1 and Tennessee today. I was able to watch the OT and must say I was a disappointed for the crowd.

The Viking's D should crush them, but it is the NFL, any given Sunday, and the Vikings will sometimes play down to their opponents and lose. When you're a Vikings fan, you know that no game is a gimmie.
