Question about Self Taught Musicians

I was wondering how many rock musicians are self taught? I have read and heard a lot are.

80% of guitarists and bass players are self taught. Typically lead guitarists, drummers, and piano/ keyboard players have had lessons.

I play piano/keyboard, guitar, bass, drums, the shenai, some harmonica, and dabble with stuff like theremin & didgeridoo. I had a total of 8 piano lessons and 1 guitar lesson, rest I learned myself by reading music theory books and just basically every music book showing chords/notation and various other stff.
