I loved the first one and will definitely be seeing this.
yeah, the first one had some great parts. I loved the part with Neil Patrick Harris. I'm looking forward to this one.

When the pound of weed is like, his woman...classic. Can't wait for this.

Ha, that whole sequence was awesome.

Harold & Kumar is the best comedy of the last 10, 15 years. I don't think this'll top it, but I hope it is good. I will be seeing it without a doubt.

All of my friends went with me to see the original before campe 2. It was AWESOME! No one really wanted to see it, but I convinced them otherwise. Once they watched it, they loved it. I do too, and I have it on DVD. I can't WAIT for this, I've been waiting and waiting.
It's a silly little film, but has hilarious moments.

I've merged the two threads now. It's all good.
I'm glad that NPH is returning. He was hilarious in the first film.

I'm surprised to see that nobody's commented about this flick yet.
I caught it this afternoon (the showtime was 4:20, I shit you not), and I thought it was pretty funny. This one has more of a plot than the original, and it works pretty well. It's just as juvenile as the original, but it's still pretty funny. The political dimension also adds a bit to the humor. If you liked the first one, you'll dig this one too, I think.

I seen the first one in theaters cause I can appreciate a good stoner movie. Noone was there. It pretty much got a huge cult following on dvd, and my friend told me the theater was packed on friday. I'm probably going to catch it tomorrow mid day or tuesday maybe.
The first one was some of the most hilarious shit I have seen in a long long time...I've been hearing this one is up to par as well.
I also like how they broke the stoner stereotypes.
Harold and Kumar is a doctor and an accountant :D

It's a little under par, but only a smidge. It's pretty much right on point with the first one as far as comedy vs. length goes and I enjoyed it much. 3 stars.

I forgot to mention this, but, if you haven't seen it yet, make sure you stay until the credits are done. :)

I didn't see the first movie so I highly doubt that I'll watch this. Modern comedies really don't appeal to me.

Same here, especially those frat pack guys (Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, etc.).

Oddly enough, I'm not a huge fan of modern comedies myself, but the Harold and Kumar films entertain me for whatever reason. And I've never even seen the first ounce of weed in my life. Strange.

Looks like there won't be a Harold & Kumar 3 as Kal Penn has taken a job as associate director in the White House's Office of Public Liaison & Intergovernmental Affairs for Obama.

I just read about that myself, and I was like, "the fuck?". Who woulda thunk it? Good for him though.

With the shitty roles he's always got, I don't blame him for going out and doing what he wants to do. I don't know why he couldn't get a decent role, I thought he was a good actor. I'm going to pick up Bachelor Party, Vegas since he won't be in any more movies.

He actually had a good and very decent role in the movie Namasake. It was a very good Indian love story and I found it to be better than I thought it would be.

Holy shit, he did get a real role! I'm gonna check that one out if I can find it cheap.
If anyone's really hard up, people can check this out:

I think you can find it for under $10 at Best Buy. I haven't looked for it. I rented it from Blockbuster on my Ex's suggestion. As usual, I'll watch any movie once and found this to be better than I expected.
