Spring Training is upon us. Fantasy drafts are happening. The regular season is just around the corner.

My Reds really didn't make any great changes this year, aside from adding Fred Lewis and Edgar Renteria... neither of whom I think will make a lot of difference, but I hope I'm wrong. The Brewers are worrysome, as they've added Marcum and Greinke, on top of their pretty hefty offense of Braun, Fielder, etc. The Cards are always an offensive thread, and they even added Lance Berkman (though he's terrible on defense).

Red Sox look like the dominant team in the AL East this year. As long as they beat the Yanks down, I'm all for it. Would like to see the Rays make an attempt, but I have a feeling they're going to have a pretty bad year.

Any predictions? Thoughts?

I'm thinking Red Sox Vs. Phillies in the WS...I know you can't accurately predict that, but as long as both teams stay healthy (I'm looking at you, Jimmy Rollins),I see no reason why these two teams shouldn't be the best in their leagues.

As for my Dodgers, I wish Don Mattingly luck, but I don't think he has much to work with this year.

I think the Orioles will surprise us, the Rangers might even be better this year, the Yankees will not make the playoffs, and the Braves will win the Wild Card. Of course, I'm just speculating at this point.

Busy offseason this year and I'm looking forward to it. Can't wait. Just did my fantasy league keepers and it go me pumped.

Red Sox pumped up big time. They will no doubt win their division. However, in a best of 5 series it's hard to predict anything. One bad outing from your ace can lose the series. The worse mistake the Yankees made was not getting an ace pitcher... since Pettite retired they are in trouble. Pettite was no ace, but if healthy he gives you 13-15 wins easily. On YES they said that the Yankees have a lot of talent in AA and AAA that they will trade to get an ace by the trade deadline. Hopefully the Yankees can hold on until then.

Milwaukee is the team to watch, though.

Philly is obviously pumped up as we have possibly the best pitching rotation of all time, and definitely our best ever. Hopefully we stay injury free!

This has potential to be Phillies best season ever and I could miss it, as I might be in Afghanistan!

Glad to see the Pirates finally doing good and kicking the Phillys ass.

Poor Cards. Pujols breaking his arm had to sting...I know it killed my fantasy team for sure.

I'm actually quite surprised by the Brewers so far. Starting to appreciate them this year. They've put together a scrappy little team and I wouldn't be disappointed if they went all the way this year.

They were the best teams in baseball this year. I honestly thought they'd play each other in the World Series. Now that they're both eliminated, I don't really care anymore. If I was rooting for anybody left, though, it'd be the Cardinals. Only because they came back at the end of the season; they're Cinderella this year. :)

Still comatose from the Braves' collapse.

I am so happy to not see the Phillies or Yankees in the series. I can't stomach either team. For the first time in a long time, I like all 4 teams left. I'm hoping for a Milwaukee Brewers-Texas Rangers World Series, but I'll be watching either way.
