Different: It was unlike any other Halloween film we have ever seen because Michael wet through a bulk of the film without the mask on and we saw what was inside his head a lot.
Ballsy: It certainly is ballsy, whether you liked the end product or not, to take a popular franchise full of genre expectations and completely turn it on it's head the way Rob did. He definitely created a different mythology and character out of Michael Myers.
Violent: This was by far the most vicious and violent film in the entire franchise.

I thought it was okay. Could have used most of the Director's Cut scenes though. It was really short compared to the remake.
