Yeah, it wasn't bad. It bends a few things about the Crow mythology around to serve as a weekly series, but it was decent. And bonus points, Corey Feldman guest starred in one episode.

For some reason I don't remember that. I guess I'll have to find the vhs's and watch it again.
Take care and God bless.

Hack, I didn't even know it was out on DVD. I checked Amazon and they had it for sell, so I bought it. Hopefully I enjoy it the second time around.

You know, even through The Crow is my favorite movie of all time, I never bothered to watch this show.

I just finished rewatching this show (on dvd) and enjoyed it. Although at times the repeated flashbacks can be annoying, the rest of the show was pretty good. Too bad there wasn't a second season.
I know this might not be a popular thing to say, but I felt Corey Feldman did a poor job of acting in this show. Hell I don't even like saying it because I am a fan of Feldman, but I'm glad he only appeared in one episode.

Never saw the show myself, even being a big fan of the original Crow flick. I remember reading in Fangoria's editorial page, Gory Bits, that show was cancelled despite having decent ratings, due to the Columbine Massacre. The show had a solid base in the Goth community, which ended up getting a lion's share of the blame over the two dingbats commiting thier rampage. So the show got the axe as a result. Did anyone else hear about that one ?

the show ended before Columbine it was a syndicated show that played about midnight or later around here and that usually = death for a show like that

I picked the series up on DVD not too long ago. It's not really great but it's also not bad either. I'd put it in the decent-to-good category. I've only watched the first disc, mind you.
I did see a handful of episodes back when Sci-Fi aired them about 10 years ago or so.
