How many of these did they release on VHS? I have a few of them....No More Mr. Nice Guy, Freddy's Tricks and Treats, Dreams that Kill, and Lucky Stiff.

I know it's not going to happen, but i'd love it if they released the entire series on DVD. Despite alot of the episodes being pretty bad, and horribly written, it had some great episodes.

The tape you're missing is hands down the best episode of the series and the series' finale, "It's My Party and You'll Die If I Want You To." They were the only ones released on tape.

I know it's not going to happen, but i'd love it if they released the entire series on DVD.
It actually has happened. There is a fantastic Freddy's Nightmares box set of the entire run. Even Robert Englund has it in his office. You just uh... need to know where to ask. :shifty:

I always loved this part in Photo Finish

And I always thought No More Mr. Nice Guy was a good episode. Alot of people don't seem to like that one too much.

I love to death the instrumental scores that they used in "Sister's Keepers" and "The End of the World," respectively.

Wish they were available.

The score used in Sister's Keepers has that high school rock'n'roll vibe; it always puts me in an 80's movies whenever I hear it. Lisa and Merit walking through school and that cool rock'n'roll-oriented score playing. It is just so awesome.

The score used in the "End of the World," particularly during the scene in which Jill's father delivers his "holiday spirits" line is so sad, yet so beautiful. "The End of the World" is my favorite episode solely for its score.

Marz, your video doesn't work because embedding was disabled. What was the scene?

Tally, it's the part where Freddy goes "So, you wanna make her scream? This should do it." And then he starts snapping off all of the photos. :D

The REAL excellent part of "Photo Finish" is the last half hour. That was good enough to be an actual Elm Street movie.

I remember watching this Saturday nights on FOX. Loved it when I was 8, but realize now that it really wasn't that great a show. Still, I enjoy it for what it is.

Hell, now it's rare to catch it on Chiller. I don't think they've aired it on a regular basis in months.

Yeah they really need a DVD boxset release.. I've only seen horrible VHS rips and it's actually shown in England but very rarely on 'zone horror' channel. Alot of familiar faces show up from Friday the 13th movies and other horrors.

Seriously doubt it ever gets released unless Warner Archive does it. We can't even get the entire original series on Blu-ray. Well, in the US, anyway.
