Just bought about a Home Entertainment System I just bought. It was supposed to come with an iPod dock and connection, this piece of equipment was missing along with no remote control... so I can't set up the system right now either.
Everything's already connected and Best Buy closed 30 minutes ago... does anyone know, hopefully someone who works for Best Buy... do you think I'm going to have to exchange the whole package box and all, or will they just be able to take these things out of another box and provide them for me?
I just want to know because everythings connected, wires are unraveled, etc. Would I need to undo it all and pack it all back up and exchange the whole damn thing, or will they simly just give me the missing equipment?

Thanks for all the help everybody... but I called Best Buy and they say I have to return the whole fucking thing...
