Hmm... gotta be Lucky Charms. It's one reason why I can't wait to return to college in the fall. The university dining hall up the street from my apartment has these huge cereal dispensers, including Lucky Charms. There are also containers with chocolate chips and other cereal add-ins. I've had to buy boxes of it all summer and ration my morning portions. But come August 19th, I'll be back to my endless supply.

I never eat cereal, but back when I did eat it, I used to eat Total, since its so damn healthy.

I guess my overall favorite would be Frosted Flakes, but if forced to pick a "healthy" cereal, I'm going with Raisin Bran. Oddly enough, I wasn't allowed to have sugary cereals as a kid, and my first introduction came at a college dining hall. Yeah, I was in my 20s the first time I had Lucky Charms.

I have to say, cereal just isn't the same as it was in the 80's. Trix (I mean the original colorful & tasty balls, haha), Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch, Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes all tasted a helluva lot better than the crap passing for it today.

With that said, (Sugar/Honey) Smacks and (Super) Golden Crisp still taste great.

I would have to go with Frosted Flakes, for sure. I eat those more than I eat Corn Pops and Smacks.

Anyone ever try to eat all the cereal pieces out of the Lucky Charms and just leave marshmallows? Oh man, an all marshmallow cereal would be a dream for me and my dentist.

Ha. Just when I was about to comment on what an unhealthy bunch we are.

For me, it comes down between Cinnamon Toast Crunch (I'm a sucker for the swirls) or Frosted Flakes.
