I love Midnight Rider from The Allman Brothers.

Actually there's not one song from them I skip over when listening to them on the CD player.

Teacher, Teacher from .38 Special is a favorite of mine too.

I'm down here in Myrtle Beach, SC, where it's a requirement that a Southern Rock song must be played on the radio every 4.2 minutes, apparently.

All jokes aside, I dig a bit of Skynyrd, but my favorite southern rock band that doesn't get nearly enough credit is the Allman Brothers. Ramblin' Man and Blue Sky are among my favorite songs ever.

man the game Rock Band really re-wired my love for Molly Hatchet's "Flirtin' With Disaster", growing up I had a friend that loved Molly Hatchet and I'd always listen to their songs with him, but my favourite had always been Flirtin' With Disaster

Skynyrd and Neil Young are two of my fav. southern rock bands, Simple Man, Saturday Night Special, Keep on Rockin' in the Free World, Cinnamon Girl-all good songs
