For me UYI I has its gems (Right Next Door to Hell, Don't Cry, November Rain) but I think part II is much more consistent. I like every song on it except for "Breakdown" (drags on too much in my opinion) and maybe "Locomotive" which I haven't heard on a while. Also "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" is a much better cover than "Live and Let Die".

UYI II is probably my favorite album of all time. It's got it all and I really have taken a liking to Breakdown and Locomotive in recent years, the lyrics are really great. UYI has November Rain, but Estranged is a song I spin much more often. Civil War, too. A couple songs on UYI are too fast and punky for my vision of Guns (I like the songs, but still). I like to understand what Axl says because his lyrics are worth hearing and thinking about.

Use Your Illusion 2 by far...one of my favorite albums of all time, definitely my favorite Guns N Roses album.

Use Your Illusion II but I do love Use Your Illusion I as well. I just find II to be a little better. :)

I think if you put "November Rain" on part II, it would be fuckin' perfect. I dig both of them, but II gets the nod because it has more of my favorite songs on it.

UYI 2! I love every song on this CD!

November Rain and Don't Cry are the only ones I really like on UYI 1

I don't have much love for GnR outside of Appetite and maybe a handful of songs released after that.. I think you'd be lucky to get one good album out of all the filler in these 2 albums. GnR is highly overrated. I do probably like one or two more songs on 1 so that's what I voted for.

Big Guns N' Roses fan so it's hard to say but I went with Use Your Illusion II anyway. I love both but I guess I've always leaned a little more towards UYI II...
