Favorite Friday the 13th Couple/Duo

I realized while I was watching His Name was Jason how much I adore Shelly and Vera. Although they weren't a couple in the traditional sense of the word, I couldn't help but root for them to eventually get together, so I was pathetically happy to see them as a married, albiet dead couple in the "Shelly Lives" spoof on the HNWJ documentary. I think they had a fun chemistry together.

So I thought it would be fun to see what other fans think. Who's your favorite Friday the 13th couple? Like I said, they don't have to be a couple in a traditional sense. Maybe "onscreen duo" would be a better term. There were a lot over the 12 movie span.

I think part 4 had some of the best friendship duos in the series, what with Samantha and Sarah, and Jimbo and Ted. I also liked the brother/sister Tommy/Trish duo, and I wish Trish would have made a return in one of the other Tommy Jarvis movies.

Chuck and Chili were fun, and Ethel and Junior were a fun mother/son duo.

Rennie and... uh... Scott? were an attractive couple but not overly interesting nor did they share much chemistry.

But I've rambled on long enough. What are your choices/thoughts?

I mentioned them in my original post, but when it came to the poll, I kind of just went with the main couples and the memorable, traditional couples. The poll is a little too big as it is anyway.

But yeah, love Jimbo and Ted. Great duo.

My choices are Paul/Ginny, Rick/Chris and Andy/Debbie.

Paul/Ginny had some funny banter back and forth, Rick/Chris had a funny dynamic, and I'd say Andy/Debbie are my all-around favorite default F13 couple.

Oh,the paintballers... I forgot about them. I think the two guys and that woman could be my favorite TRIO in the series. They crack me up for what little screentime they had, and what a death scene.

Jack and Marcie - They seemed most like my friends of everyone in the film, so I could relate to them more. And plus I like the raining blood story touch.

Jeff and Sandra - "Come on you chicken shit!" Love them! Sandra jiggles, Bill 'Travolta' Randolphe (I swear in another life...) follows her around, and they were the saddest, IMO, from Part 2 to see get offed.

Andy and Debbie - Just a lot of sweet scenes together. :)

Doug and Sara - Sara is so innocent and this puppy-dog love story is just the thing needed to spice up the cast.

Eddie and Tina - So happy! So smoky! So nakie! For the short amount of screen time, they did great.

Vinnie and Pete - One of my favorites, for the insults going this way and back. Hilarious, over the top, and a hint of 'gay'. Haha, seriously. I'd bet my collection on it.
