I could see Rambo easily surviving an encounter with Jason. He wouldn't kill him, of course, but he'd tear him up pretty good before running off to blow up shit in some foreign country.

Laugh if you must.. but if the right person directed this.. this would be a hell of a finale to a film.

Imagine.. Rambo is now back in the USA after Rambo 4 wandering around like in the original film. He wanders into Crystal Lake... but Sheriff Garris's son (who is now sheriff) harasses him for vagrancy .. sending him off into the woods, where he Encounters JASON.

Jason would surly kick some ass.. but I think eventually Rambo's skill and training would allow him to survive and put Jason down for the count (at least only for this film)

I shit you not, but if you go back and look at one of the old Rambo threads around here, I had a dream about a Jason vs. Rambo movie.

And then Mears started going around stalking about he played Jason to be "Rambo-like" and shit. Weird.

The whole reason I made the thread is because Rambo is everything Jason is and is not. He's an ultimate stalker/slasher, but he is smart, whereas Jason is not. So, I wondered how Jason could stand up to the man. Human Jason? Rambo would have his way with him in a second, no problem, zombie Jason, he'd struggle to take him down, but he's got all the tactics to take him out. I mean at worst I'm sure he could rig up a trap for Jason to fall in that he couldn't get out of and drop some fire down the hole and burn him to death.

I dunno. Wouldn't Rambo have to eat Jason's heart first? Don't see that happening.

Then again... "He's been trained to eat things that would make a billy goat puke." So perhaps he would.
