A couple of weeks ago i had my first try at Karaoke on a night out with my workmates.

The 3 songs that i remember singing were:

REM - Losing my Religion (my favourite song)
Foreigner - I Want To Know What Love Is (i love this song)
The Killers - When You Were Young (don't like this song but had to stand in for someone who went to the toilet when their name was called. This song is popular with the people at work hence why i knew the words for it quite well)

What are your favourite songs to sing at Karaoke?

I've never tried singing Karaoke because my voice is too damn deep and I can't carry a tune at all :-(

I don't know what it is about the song, but I always end up singing The Love Boat Theme Song. I tend to go over-the-top with it. :)

Born To Be Wild

I have a friend who always sings it and we have the best time when she does it! :D

I don't really like karaoke singing especially because there's pressure since I actually sing....but.... Truly Madly Deeply - Savage Garden is really nice! :)

Need to add Whiskey in the Jar - Metallica to that list.

Performed that one very drunk last Thursday, the crowd seemed to like it.
