I agree, it needs the logo. I'm almost sick of seeing the hock on everything. I love the hock, but they act like it's the only aspect of the film. Almost as if the hock is more important than Jason himself.

I think it's quite cool.. at least it's not blu-ish coloured like most horror posters nowadays... However it's orangey tone and size of the mask reminds me of the zombieween poster in some ways... but at least it's not as cluttered with a photoshop montage! I think it looks creepier than zombieween by far though because of the tone and the simplicity

Although I hope that they eventually use the Friday the 13th font style in the next poster.

I was hoping for an art poster like Parts 1 till 3. That would have been more badass... but the hock is a marketing weapon and puts asses in the theater.

And I dig the poster. Not the best looking teaser, but it not bad at all. With it being a teaser poster, I ain't bother it just a mask & nothing. It just a simple way to let the public know we're getting another Jason film. :jason:

I love the subtle posters. Hell, at least the actors faces aren't on it like Scream... I was secretly scared of that!

Same here. That was my beef with some horror films during the late 90s. They keep using the "Scream" look of the poster with several cast's face on it. Like H20, Halloween:Resurrection, I Know What You Did films, etc.

I think it was more or less because the trend of that era was to pull well known pretty actors from the shows and put them in the movies, putting them on the poster was probably to draw in their fans or fans of pretty people.

That's the only thing I can think of.

I would've liked an old school looking poster as well. But the one they have now is better than all of the post Scream slasher covers. :X

I love the simplicity of this poster.

Theres no dumb tagline. Theres no title. Just the mask and the date, but thats all people need to know to "get" what this is about. I love it.

Does anybody know when New Line/ Warner Bros. will be releasing the F13 Remake teaser poster for sale? I can't wait 2 get my hands on one. Any info will be greatley appreciated.

It might not be for sale at all. Itpossible it was just made for Comic Con. But if they do plan to release it, I imagine they will sell it in time for SAW V release if the film show a trailer of F13th. But I hope they will release it asap. :)

The one for Comic-Con is the official teaser; the final product won't have any mention of Comic-Con on it, though (obviously).
