As for my favorite chase scene, I'd have to go with the opening to Jason Goes to Hell - right up to the bombing.

Have to agree with Utellme, but I'll add the scene where the cop is chasing Jason and stumbles upon the shack, then gets hammered.

By far the chase sequence between Jason and Trish. The way the camera follows them between houses, Jason tearin' after her from behind. The way he rips after her up the stairs, almost gettin' her but not. The facial expressions of Trish each time they stop and have a minor stare down. Kimberly Beck was truly amazing as Trish. She didn't back down from Jason one bit and that fueled that chase sequence all the more. Out of all the heroines who faced off against human Jason, Trish was by the far the bravest. She took the right straight to Jason and it made for a great, memorable chase sequence.

And let's not forget the camera work. I mentioned this in another thread, but the way the sequence is filmed, edited and put together is some of the finest work of all the F-13 movies. That there makes the scene that much more powerful. Joseph Zito did a superb job with this movie...
