A woman has filed a $200,000 lawsuit against American Airlines alleging the flight crew failed to protect her from a passenger who moved into the seat next to hers while she was sleeping, then "masturbated to her" and—well, you've seen "There's Something About Mary"? Yeah, that.
From the Fort Worth Star-Telegram:
The woman slept most of the flight, but awoke about 20 minutes before landing when the pilot announced the plane was on descent into Los Angeles. When the woman opened her eyes, she saw that an unknown man had moved into the seat next to her and was staring at her as he masturbated, the suit states.
The woman turned toward the window in embarrassment and in an act of nervousness began to run her fingers through her hair where she noticed "a substantial amount of an extremely sticky substance in her hair," the suit states.
The woman began to cry and tried to get the attention of a flight attendant, but was unsuccessful, the suit states. Finally a passenger in the row in front of the woman comforted her and verified the semen in her hair, the suit states.
When the plane landed, employee called airport police and the man was arrested.
The suit claims that during the police investigation, the flight crew acknowledged they saw the man move from his assigned seat to the seat next to the woman while she slept.

Looks like there were two cockpits on the plane.
Hmm.. I shouldn't be laughing because it's no laughing matter.
Look, the in flight movie was Fearless and I just couldn't resist. I don't know why she's getting all upset but fine: I'm sorry!
Seriously though, I'm sure that's quite a shock to wake up and realize you have...something...in your hair that's completely disgusting. Crying about it instead of actually raising your voice, throwing something, making a scene to get the attention needed before Mr. Happy over there does it again to someone isn't something you should do.

I get nice like that.
Seriously though, I only find it funny because nothing extremely aweful happened to her. Sure, you got some splooge in your hair. It's better than waking up from being drugged and seeing you're being raped. Although, I guess this was like, follicle rape.

I think the guy should be prosecuted (he will be) and sued in a civil court for punitive damages- not the airline.

The sicko who masturbated in front of her should definitely be taken to court, but not the airline.

How can somebody do this and not have anyone see it?

I'd be pretty un-stoked Fonz...unless it was a chick...then it wouldn't be too bad.

Now I've got the mental image of her yelling at him to put his dick on the curb, American History X style. :p
But seriously, why would it be the airline's fault that this dude spanked one off next to her? Unless the flight attendants saw it and didn't bother stopping him, then it isn't their problem.

Well, I guess he'd have to be standing up to put one in her hair, so if there was a dude standing up rubbing one out and nobody did anything, that's a bit odd. I guess it's possible he was just sitting and he has...uh...good distance...

Hmmmmm.
Maybe the force of his climax made him stand a little and point in her hair.
Maybe the guy wasn't trying to be perverted.
Maybe her hair was extremely dry
And he decided to condition it with his special formula.
In all seriousness, both the man and the airline should get sued.
The man for flogging his dog into her hair, and the airline for neglecting her when she called for help

Honestly that's gross, but I think both the airline and the man should be sued. The man should spend some jail time and the airline should pay out some cash for the inconvenience. Mainly because they admitted to knowing that a passenger had moved seats and not asked what they were doing. You should be able to board a plane and not have to worry about being preyed upon by some pervert. It is the airlines responsibility to ensure every passenger a safe flight or who in the hell would want to fly with them? It is the airlines responsibility to make sure every passenger is alright throughout the flight, how could they not notice some guy spewing his man goo on some sleeping chick? Seriously... I'll be driving everywhere from now on, unless it's out of the country, then I'll take a different airline service.

its all a big misunderstanding, I have video proof here (http://www.guzer.com/videos/ameriquest_sb.php)!
seriously though, everyone asks why no one noticed, I'd imagine it was because everyone was sleeping (as was she).
My thoughts are that if no one noticed a guy whacking his weenie on another passenger, how are they going to notice something more sinister?!?!?!

um maybe he should have done it in the bathroom than in the seat. that is why they have bathrooms for privacy. but still its pretty sick what he did.
Well, as Andy says, "Masturbation is the Sincerest Form of Flattery"!

Thats what I was thinking. If I was on a plane and saw a guy move to a different seat next to a sleeping woman and 5 minutes later he's sweating and breathing hard and got one arm moving I would think something was up. <--- No pun intended on the last part of that sentence.

That was my whole point too. Like I mentioned, if they didn't notice this, how would they notice something even worse? Actually, every passenger should have sued on that one, what if he'd had a bomb up there?

HAAAAH
but really, I realize this topic is starting to be discussed, but can anyone really imagine seeing some guy whacking it to a sleeping woman on a plane?

that part of the article just kills me, all I picture while reading that is the guy still jerking it beside her while the passenger infront of her is telling her "don't worry, it is semen"

As horribly disgusting as that incident is...I can't help but laugh at it.
