I finally watched this, so I'm going to give it a rating: 5.5/10
It's weird. Kind of like a Hills Have Eyes/American Gothic film. But there are slasher elements. Enough for, say, RS to put on their site. There's, like, 5 minutes in the middle (or little after the middle) where, like, five deaths happen at once! Wowsers! I'd seek this one out. Some say 1991, but it's really 1988.

Death Valley was fantastic. A little boy is stalked by a killer throughout the flick; very tense, suspenseful, and brutal. Nobody is spared. Great twist of an ending. I'd give it an 8/10... if I every see it on DVD, I'd buy it immediately.

Demon of Paradise? Not familiar with it. Never heard of it; is it DTV?
