I just loved this film, watched it last night, and I'm planning to watch it again today (Friday the 13th). Not just for the plot but to see Elisha once again :)

The main plot is like the title says, some serial psycho abducted a know supermodel, played of course by Elisha Cuthbert, she's being held captive in a dark room, this psycho is watching her on cameras and scares the hell outta her, it seems the psycho is a serial killer and she's the next victim.

I saw the preview for this tonight during AMC's Friday the 13th 'marathon' and thought it looked interesting. Not sure it's something I'll go see in theaters, but I imagine I'll have BBuster send it out when it comes to DVD.

My impression is that it's a bit of a takeoff on Saw...would you say that's right?

Also, was there a new Halloween trailer featured before this?

I'm stuck waiting for the DVD release, since as far as I know, no theater within sixty miles is showing it. Though I couldn't see any of them showing it for very long anyway, since it didn't even make the top ten in the box office rankings.

It's gotten shitty reviews from Fangoria and bloody-disgusting. That's all I know about it though.

I was considering seeing this in the theaters but the negative reviews are detering me away. I'll wait for the DVD, and as it is the United Artists theater that I go to when I go to the theaters isn't even carrying it.

I'm going to wait for DVD... and then some. I have no desire to see this movie, even though I would bang the shit out of Cuthbert in a heart-beat. It just looks poorly shot, really stupid, and the damn premise looks like something rehashed from Saw. Nah... I'd rather spend my $9 watching Transformers again. Still don't think I've been to a shitty movie this summer, so let's not start here.
